Osterman quits Morgan Stanley for Barclays
Sam Osterman will leave Morgan Stanley to join Barclays Capital in May as a foreign exchange options trader. Based in New York, he will report jointly to Rob Bogucki, head of North American FX trading, and David Shannon, global head of FX options.
