FXall hires CIO as Asia sales head departs

Lupowitz is based in New York and will report directly to Phil Weisberg, chief executive of FXall. He joins from buy-side anonymous equity trading platform Liquidnet, where he has worked since 2000 and was most recently chief information officer and global head of technology.

According to FXall, Lupowitz was selected for the role because of his holistic understanding of the buy-side's needs and his expertise in applying technology to create opportunities within trading workflow management.
