Kerschner will report locally to chief executive, Alan Bozian, who said: “This is a key appointment for CLS at an important time for the foreign exchange market. Richard brings a wealth of legal, regulatory and business experience in the technology and financial services sectors. The current regulatory and legislative climate presents us with an opportunity to further develop our value proposition for the forex community.”
