CIBC hires two in Toronto as markets restructure continues

Dmitrie Frolov joined CIBC on April 19 as executive director, interest rates derivatives, in Toronto. Frolov previously worked at the securities arm of Canadian rival TD Securities. He has 13 years' trading experience in interest rate options and credit products. Frolov will focus on US interest rate options trading, reporting locally to Brian D’Costa, co-head of fixed income and currencies, read an internal memo circulated yesterday (April 21).

The bank also announced the hire of Trenton
