NFA fines IFX Markets $60,000

The NFA declared last week (January 23) that London-based IFX Markets had violated NFA rules relating to promotional material and had failed to effectively supervise the promotional material of companies soliciting customers for IFX Markets.

One of the charges brought was that IFX Markets and parties acting on its behalf had used misleading promotional material, and had failed to observe high standards of commercial honour and just and equitable principles of trade. IFX misled customers through
