TraderTools gets Smart

The firms have built a common application programming interface (API) and a single financial information exchange (FIX) protocol gateway into their platforms, allowing customers to connect to liquidity providers including banks, portals and electronic communications networks. Clients can also communicate with third parties and third-party applications via the FIX gateway.

Connection via the FIX gateway and API went live this month, and is now open to all customers.
