Sobey To First Chicago's Night Desk Prager Upped At Westpac In N.Y.

Philip Sobey has left Harris Trust and Savings Bank in Chicago to join First Chicago Corp. Sobey will trade currencies on First Chicago's night desk.

Westpac Banking Corp. has named Richard Prager manager of foreign exchange trading and interest rate products in New York. Prager was previously interest rate manager at Westpac. The additional responsibilities have been added following the departure of Westpac's former chief dealer
