Joseph Sciametta has been named president and chief executive officer at Noonan, Astley & Pearce, Inc. Sciametta, formerly executive vice president at the money broker, assumes the position left vacant following the death of Anthony Sciametta late last month (FX Week, Sept. 14).

Lynn Tierney has joined Harris Trust and Savings Bank in Chicago as vice president on the forward desk. Tierney was previously the senior forward trader, assistant chief dealer at Shawmut Bank.
