Security Pacific London's chief central bank dealer, Mike Costello, has left SecPac to join Hill Samuel as chief dealer for spot, interbank, and corporate trading according to Hill's treasury head Philip Guy. Costello, who joins Hill next week, will add expertise in customer dealings to Hill's operation, says Guy.
