Reuters and its California-based subsidiary Teknekron Software Systems are to jointly promote Transaction Express communications software. Both companies are at pains to stress that this is not the first stage in any merger of their market distribution platforms, Triarch 2000 and the Teknekron Information Bus (TIB).
