National Westminster Bank lost its assistant treasurer in London last week, sources at the bank confirm. Bernard Linn announced his resignation somewhat unexpectedly to pursue other interests, sources close to the bank say. The bank hasn't yet named a replacement.

Security Pacific's Deutsche mark trader Tom Yee will be joining Union Bank of Switzerland in New York, sources close to the bank report. Yee will be trading marks at UBS.
