Despite a slowing of the rate of growth in the third quarter, CS Holding's consolidated gross income after the first nine months of 1996 was 12 per cent above the same period a year ago, officials say. Third quarter gross earnings from its three main sources of income--net income from balance sheet business, net commission income and trading income--were all between 3.5 and 6.5 per cent below the average for the first half of 1996, but in the aggregate were 18 per cent higher than the first
