In a break with tradition, dealers at Swiss Bank Corp. in London have been told they can wear "smart casual dress"--chinos, loafers, smart shirts and no ties. Suits will still be worn at formal meetings. "We want to project an image of being sound but open to innovation," says Rudi Bogni, Swiss Bank's chief executive in London.
