SBC Warburg Dillon Read has relocated global FX trading manager Bill Johnson from Singapore to London, officials confirm, adding that Johnson will maintain his current responsibilities, which also include responsibility for global derivatives and cash trading. Meanwhile, Paul Murphy, the regional FX sales manager in Singapore, has been promoted to run both trading and sales.
