Dan Brooks recently joined Banque National de Paris in New York. Brooks, who resigned from his post as chief dealer at Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank Ltd. in New York a little over a year ago to start his own investment advisory firm, didn't return calls by press time. Brooks is an FX vet with some 10 years of experience under his belt, whose resume includes stints at Chemical, Bank of America, and Westpac.
