BarCap hires in FX options
Alex Pereira
joined Barclays Capital in London on September 10 as a senior FX options sales dealer, a spokesperson at the bank told FX Week. He reports to London-based head of UK corporate FX sales Jim O’Neill.

Pereira leaves ABN Amro, where he was senior FX options sales dealer for the UK.

HSBC adds in institutional sales
Dan Silber
joined HSBC in New York as a senior institutional sales dealer on September 18, officials at the bank told FX Week.
