Technology staff on the move
Online exchange Hotspot FX has hired Andrew Kelson to work in sales in London, chiefly marketing to banks in the Middle East. Kelson joins the firm from spot broker EBS in London.
Booming business
David Ogg, founder and managing director of Hotspot in New York, said business is booming.
"It’s a product people have been waiting for," he said. "We’re seeing nice uptake from hedge funds and commodity trading advisers and in Europe from multinational corporations with active trading operations."
