
Post-bonus job swaps begin
With few banks willing to guarantee bonuses to secure new hires, many who have wanted to jump ship in the past few months have had to wait until they have the cash in hand before moving on.
Other moves have been prompted by disappointment with yearly bonus packages in what should have been a bumper year for bonuses, given the large volumes -- and revenues -- banks have reported this year.
