Foley sets out FX stall at Gelber
Foley told FX Week: "We have hired eight people already, working mainly in spot, futures and options." Two of the hires come from rival Chicago trading firm, Archelon. This comes after industry speculation suggested a range of familiar faces from banks in Chicago would appear at Gelber.
Foley was hired from Bank One, where he was global head of FX options at the Chicago office. He joined Bank One from Bank of America where he had held a similar role.
