DrKW launches Nordic team
Tom Carstensen joins as director and head of the team, reporting to John Cusins, co-head of financial institutions derivatives marketing. He joins from UBS in London, where he held the same role.
Hanrik Baun and Deepak Rajan both join the team reporting to Carstensen, Baun as a director and Rajan as a vice-president. Rajan was previously at Deutsche Bank, where he had a similar role, marketing structured products to Nordic clients within life and pension fund institutions. Baun joins the bank
