Saxo Bank makes board changes

Danish investment bank Saxo Bank has made Henrik Thufason chairman of its board of directors, replacing Peter Lerbrandt, who becomes vice-chairman.

It has also hired two financial executives, Henning Skovlund and Teddy Jacobsen, it said last week.

Skovland comes from bank foundation Bibuken Foundation, where he was chief financial officer. Jacobsen has owned his own risk management company TJ Management since 2001.
