TD Securities reshuffles in London

David Atchison joined last week (September 1) from Morgan Stanley in London to take on management of spot FX trading. He replaces Spencer Joubert, who went to AIG in July (FX Week July 5). He will primarily focus on G7 trading.

Greg Moore, head of the G7 spot desk in the City moves over to emerging markets trading, where he will report to Moti Jungreis, head of FX and short-term capital markets, and John Greenslade, head of fixed income in London. Replacing Moore is Mark O'Brien, who currently
