Fimat merges US and UK FX

The move, effective on October 1, will create a central global order book and Ryan Schiff, previously in charge of Fimat’s FX desk in Chicago, takes on a newly created position as global head of FX. Schiff remains in Chicago, and is now responsible for managing the entire business overseeing, trading and risk management for the division.

"By centralising trading and risk management, we aim to capture the synergies between the US and the European teams and throughout our global reach," he told FX
