Shake-up at Credit Suisse continues

David Newman, global head of FX distribution in New York, is understood to have left the bank. Newman, formerly co-head of global FX sales, was promoted to the role in February, after then fellow co-head Rusty Elvidge's decision to take up a relationship management role in the bank (FX Week, February 27).

De Boissard is understood to be taking on full responsibility for the role. He saw his remit gradually expanded this year after taking control of the management of global FX sales and trading
