ABN hires in French sales

Thomas Pellequer is set to join ABN Amro’s French FX sales desk today (May 10) in London, said sources close to the bank.

Pellequer leaves Banco Santander Central Hispano in Paris where he was head of sales. Although an ABN spokesperson declined to comment last week, sources said he replaces institutional sales dealer Eric Murciano, who left for Goldman Sachs to manage FX options sales to UK and European hedge funds in London.
