Spectrum hires BoA dealer

Chicago-based commodities trading adviser Spectrum Asset Management has hired George Dowd from Bank of America in New York to lead the development of a new currency programme. Dowd was a senior institutional FX sales dealer at BoA until July 11, and starts at Spectrum today (July 21).

Spectrum said it is developing the new programme following customer demand for currency trading. The new programme complements an existing global diversified programme.
