Foreign exchange platform operators have become more proactive about monitoring market abuse, but several venues need to do more to ensure their surveillance tools are in line with regulatory standards and the requirements of the FX Global Code of Conduct (GCC), says Paul Cottee, product manager at Smarts Trade Surveillance.
