Iorio departs Barclays after seven years

Head of global FX and commodities distribution exits

Barclays: Iorio's exit follows other high-profile moves

Jim Iorio, head of global foreign exchange and commodities distribution at Barclays, left the bank at the beginning of December, people familiar with the matter told FX Week.

Iorio had worked at the UK bank since 2008. He joined from Lehman Brothers, where he spent 15 years as a managing director.

At Barclays, Iorio held various roles, including head of FX distribution for Asia-Pacific, based in Singapore, in 2010. The following year, he relocated to New York to become head of FX distribution
