UBS goes Dutch with wealth
UBS has honed in on the lucrative Dutch ultra-high net worth market by agreeing to buy independent wealth manager VermogensGroep.
The acquisition, which is subject to regulatory approval, will allow UBS to provide money markets, currencies and metals products and services directly to VermogensGroep's client base, in an open architecture context.
It will also add around 100 ultra-high net worth clients to UBS's global wealth management business and double the size of its
