Reuters Postpones Beta Test Of Dealing 2000-2 Considers Rule Changes To Reduce Liability

TECHNOLOGY

Reuters Holdings PLC has delayed the start of beta tests of its Dealing 2000-2 order-matching system for the interbank foreign exchange market following spotty performance of the system during alpha tests this spring.
