Annual Kling Salary Survey for 1997 Shows Lower Base Pay Among Dealers

Salaries for foreign exchange and money markets professionals are projected to either decline or remain flat this year, according to the 1997 Kling Annual Financial Services Industry Salary Survey. The survey, now in its 15th year, is released by New York-based executive search company the KPA Group, which received responses from about 150 FX market participants at foreign and domestic commercial and investment banks and brokerages operating in the US.
