Chase-Susquehanna Get Cozy Full Integration Expected In July

Chase Manhattan Bank's new contract with Philadelphia-based Susquehanna Partnerships to trade currency options as a team is likely to go into full operation in July, according to Alan Hicks, head of global options at Chase. At that time, Chase will unify its options trading into one global book, he says.

Since the agreement was signed in March, options traders at Chase and Susquehanna have been spending time getting to know each other. Two Susquehanna traders have been making markets in options
