ABN Amro Makes New Appointments To Implement Risk Control Strategy

ABN Amro has made a number of key appointments in Amsterdam and Singapore, as part of its previously announced global strategy to focus on risk management of derivatives and other financial instruments, officials say.

In Amsterdam, Jan Sijbrand, formerly of Rabobank Nederland, was named executive vice president of risk management. Ted Zwierzina, previously executive vice president of treasury markets for ABN, was named executive vice president of the treasury network management. Hans Poppe
