SecPac's Richards Named BofA's LA FX Head

Bank of America may be taking over Security Pacific National Bank, but foreign exchange traders in Los Angeles are beginning to wonder if the tail isn't wagging the dog. Sources at the bank say that when the two Los Angeles trading rooms merge April 27, SecPac traders will be ruling the roost, though BofA officials say that still hasn't been decided.
