NEW YORK--A year after the merger of its commercial and investment banking operations, Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) is gearing up for the next stage in the development of its foreign exchange business, says Philip Vasan, global head of FX in New York.
The bank is planning to offer a range of new FX products and services--including structured vehicles, research products and technology for clients, as well as continuing its drive to link FX to its fixed income, equity and investment banking
