HSBC Reorganizes Hong Kong Treasury; Merging Forex and Capital Markets

HSBC is creating an integrated treasury and capital markets structure in Hong Kong by merging its trading teams with those if its investment banking subsidiary, Wardley Holdings. The merger will put treasury and capital markets activities together under joint management led by the bank's current Tokyo treasurer, Stuart Gulliver, who will move to Hong Kong soon.
