A few shifts of responsibilities have taken place this week at Tullett and Tokyo Forex International Group. Chairman Derek Tullett has given up the chairmanship of the group to become president, turning over his former spot to Richard Magee, say sources at the money broker. Magee, formerly head of the New York subsidiary, has recently been sorting out some problems in the Japanese branch but will be coming to London soon. Meanwhile, Mark Perkins, formerly managing director of Tullett's
