Forex salaries slightly up

LONDON -- The latest salary survey from UK consultancy firm Monks Partnership shows a slight rise in base salaries for FX trading and sales staff in London, when compared with survey results from previous years.

But industry recruiters told FX Week that FX salaries have stayed relatively flat in the past few years, and that bonuses have also remained largely stagnant.

They said the survey’s results seem "far too low", and that most City firms pay much higher salaries to their FX dealing staff.
