BoE markets boss: diversity in FX is an imperative
As the landscape of FX changes, so too should the people who work in it, says Andrew Hauser
Given its importance at the heart of the global financial system, it is vital that the foreign exchange industry and those operating in it uphold the highest standards – including promoting inclusivity in the appointment of its leaders and managers, particularly women.
So remarked Andrew Hauser, executive director for markets at the Bank of England, at a conference organised by the Global Financial Markets Association.
