The Federal Reserve could pull the trigger and raise interest rates twice before the year ends if US economic data remains encouraging, says Gavin Friend, a senior market strategist at National Australia Bank (NAB), last week's winner of FX Week's three-month currency forecast table with an on-target call on EUR/JPY.
