RBC hires FX structurer in London

Director makes switch from Credit Suisse to Canadian bank

Olivier Van Der Haegen has joined Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) Capital Markets as a foreign exchange structurer in London.

Van Der Haegen, who was previously at Credit Suisse for more than nine years, joined the Canadian bank this month as a director.

RBC Capital Markets has seen a number of senior staff changes recently. Patrick Bauné, global co-head of FX sales, left the firm in March after more than three years, and last month saw Adam Steiner make the switch to rival Canadian bank TD
