CLS appoints Ken Harvey as chairman of the board

Harvey will succeed Gerard Hartsink in November

Currency settlement utility CLS has announced that Ken Harvey will succeed Gerard Hartsink as chairman of the board of directors of CLS Group Holdings and CLS Bank International in October this year, when Hartsink retires following seven years as chairman and 12 years on the board of directors.

Harvey has been an independent member of the CLS board of directors since 2012 and has more than 30 years' experience. His most recent role was group chief technology and services officer and group chief
