Nick Howard resigns from Barclays

He leaves bank at end of Q1 after 27 years in the industry

Nick Howard, head of distribution for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (Emea), has resigned from Barclays "on his own terms", and will leave at the end of the first quarter, according to a memo seen by FX Week.

Howard has spent 16 years at Barclays in various roles, including as head of FX and emerging markets distribution, before being promoted to head the bank's cross-asset distribution business in Emea in 2012. He has spent 27 years in the industry in total.
