Scott & Scott takes lead in FX manipulation battle

Scott & Scott, the law firm that was appointed lead counsel alongside Hausfeld LLP in a class action lawsuit filed by the Massachusetts-based pension fund Haverhill Retirement System on February 13, is now at the forefront of one of the most important and far-reaching cases to have ever hit the foreign exchange market.

The US firm saw off competition from rival practices, some of which have dealt with litigation relating to the Libor manipulation claims, to represent a wide-ranging client base
