Barclays appoints interim head of spot FX, cuts three in sales

Barclays has appointed Dan Ryan as interim head of voice spot currency trading to fill in for Chris Ashton, who has been on administrative leave since November, according to sources.

The bank has also this week cut three of its foreign exchange sales team and one FX options trader in London, the sources added.
