Buy side could miss Emir reporting deadline


Buy-side firms could miss looming deadlines for mandatory trade reporting under the European Market Infrastructure Regulation (Emir), due to a lack of clarity from the European Securities and Markets Authority (Esma) on exactly what it expects companies to report, as well as the complications of dual reporting.
