Iskander Vanblarcum, head of FX sales for northern Europe in London, has been promoted from director to managing director. His remit has reportedly increased from Benelux and Scandinavia to include Germany and Switzerland, according to market sources.

In trading, the bank has lost Sam Underwood, a forex exotics trader in London.

In sales, Heather Alger, a director and corporate FX salesperson, has left the bank in San Francisco. Alger previously worked at Citi, Bank of Montreal and First Chicago.
