Forex continues to grow across major platforms

Thomson Reuters said average daily volumes across its spot-trading systems, Thomson Reuters Dealing, Matching and Reuters Trading for FX, reached $147 billion in November, up 15% from $128 billion in November last year.

This represented the third-highest volume of trading since Thomson Reuters started publishing volumes in April 2009. However, it was 2.5% lower than October volumes, which reached $151 billion.

The Chicago Mercantile Exchange reported average daily FX volumes of $131 billion
