Banks show demand for strategists
The German dealer has reeled in Alan Ruskin as a managing director and global head of G-10 FX strategy from Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS). Ruskin will start at the bank in New York in August, reporting to Bilal Hafeez, managing director and global head of FX research in London. At RBS, Ruskin was global head of FX strategy, also in New York.
Meanwhile, Société Générale is expanding its emerging markets (EM) and foreign exchange research capabilities with two senior hires.
