Deutsche makes two senior hires in Moscow
Based in Moscow, Ilgun will be responsible for the German bank's rates and foreign exchange business in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), reporting locally to Batubay Ozkan, head of global markets for Russia and CIS.
Monakhov will report locally to Tim Wiswell, head of equity trading in Russia, and also to Brian Thomas, head of central and eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa equity sales and sales trading in London.
